1. Mr. Smith daughter is currently attending the University of Calgary. Instead of renting an apartment they can now buy a condo with 5% down and have her move into it.

2. Mr. Smith buys a second home in the city to reduce weekly commute times.

3. Mr. Smith has family moving to Canada. He can now purchase a home for them and have them move into it.
